txConnect Registration (after parents have requested a txConnect account.)
1. Users will see this screen after they log in with the username/password that they created in txConnect. They will click 'x' in the corner of the dialog box to continue.
2. If users see this page with the message 'To enroll a new student, please enter or verify your email address below' then they will need to verify the code that was sent from TxEIS to their email account. If they cannot find the code or the code was never sent, then the user's email will have to be deleted from the txConnect Administrator Portal. After the user's email is deleted, then they will have to go through the sign-up process again.
3. If users see the page below, they should click on 'Enroll a New Student' and proceed with the registration. Once the page with registration steps is displayed, then the user can proceed through the actual student registration process.
