All participants are required to read and accept an event waiver when registering (either electronically or hardcopy).
Failure to sign the waiver will result in the registration being null and void.
No refunds on race registration unless approved by Grizzly Pine Race Services.
Transfers are allowed at the discretion of Grizzly Pine Race Services.
The U17 division is open for children ages 10-17. We highly recommend that children be very capable on a bike and/or familiar with trail running and riding. We also encourage the parents to pace with their children if there are safety concerns.

All racers must complete and submit their entry form and race fee before the entry deadline
Please give each volunteer the courtesy, respect and sincere thanks they each richly deserve.
Respect yourself, everyone and everything else including the land
Violations of any race rules or any others implemented by the race director(s) verbally or in writing may be grounds for disqualification as determined by the race director(s)
All racers are responsible for the actions of their crews.
All racers must comply with all race rules including those given by race officials prior to and during the event
Each racers official run number must be worn prominently and must be easily visible at all times
All racers must follow marked trails at all times
Except in case of medical emergency, racers shall not accept transportation aid or assistance in any form from anyone while participating in any race. The only permitted mode of transportation for participants is by foot or their own bicycle (duathlon and mountain biking events only).
Support crews are only allowed to offer racers assistance at the Start/Finish area and designated aid station
Racers may not store supplies of any kind along the trail except at designated aid stations and the Start/Finish Area
Each racer must be checked in and checked out of the Start/Finish Area
All racers are solely responsible for ensuring their own physical well being before and that of their property, during and after their race.
Race directors, staff and emergency response personnel have complete authority but no obligation to evaluate the condition of any racer at any time and to determine whether the racer may continue
Littering is prohibited
Smoking is not permitted at the event or anywhere on the trails or on the lands where the race is held
All racers are solely responsible for their own medical coverage and all associated costs
Any racer who is unable to finish the race must inform the personnel at the Start/Finish Area of his/her decision to withdraw and must stop participating in the race at that point
Grizzly Pine Race Services may use images taken of any race participants, their support crews, volunteers, friends and family at this event with or without the use of their names and without having to pay compensation for their use to anyone for any lawful purpose, including without limitation event publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
