THRCH does not have a visiting hour policy. You are welcome to visit your loved one at any time.

No, all of our rooms are private, and most include private bathrooms and pergolas. In special situations we can accommodate a husband and wife sharing a room.

Absolutely! We welcome your family to utilize the beautiful spaces at THRCH to spend time with your loved one. Please let us know if you will be expecting a large group so that we can accommodate accordingly. 

Our prices vary depending on your loved ones needs at the time of admission, and the room you are considering. We are happy to give you a quote over the phone or in person.

Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances do not cover personal care homes. In the event that your loved one has VA or Long Term Care Insurance coverage, we are happy to guide you through the process and submit any necessary one-time or on going documents necessary to utilize that coverage.

Yes, THRCH covers the cost of all meals and snacks, and we carry preferences to ensure your loved one feels at home. Most personal care items, like shampoo, toothpaste, etc are included as well. If your loved one has a special need, you are more than welcome to bring it from home, or have it delivered to the home.

Absolutely. Our team will do your loved ones laundry, including changing bed linens, daily.

Yes. We have beauticians that come by the homes to provide services regularly.

Yes. Our team is able to manage and administer all necessary medications and routine care (oxygen, suctioning, basic wound care, etc).

Yes. We welcome local home health, hospice, physician groups, and therapy organizations to provide care for our residents. Your loved one is welcome to continue care with their agency of choice while residing with us. If your loved one develops a need for such an organization and doesn't already have one in place, we are happy to coordinate a referral.

Of course! We welcome residents to maintain their care team whenever possible. If your loved ones doctor does home visits, they are welcome to continue doing so at THRCH. If not, we can help coordinate and manage appointments.
