How is an online estate sale different than an in-person estate sale? 

• Discretion and privacy:  the only people to enter the home/ estate are from our team, no public entry.  In fact, we also handle the shipping and pickups directly, so you never need to negotiate with buyers.  The address for pickup is also shared only with verified, winning bidders, which eliminates early-bird shoppers from showing up in the days before the sale.  Alternately, we may be able to arrange for pickup from our secure storage location so you won't have strangers visit your private residence at all.

• Wider audience:  online auctions reach a global market, so the sale of your items is not limited to just local buyers.  This can drive the price up for items when you have a larger bidding base to compete for lots. 

• Faster and simpler sale:  rather than days or often multiple weekends for estate or yard sales to clear everything out, an online auction takes a few days to set up, and only a few hours to run online the day of the auction.
