Below are screenshots of the data dashboards I set up for my district.
I developed an administrative walk through Google Form based on a paper form that principals, coaches, and other district staff use to do a brief walk through observations focusing on Learning Intentions, Success Criteria, and Classroom Environment. This dashboard is a "scoreboard" so administrators and district leadership can quickly see the number of walk throughs that have been done at a school. Each school name is linked to its own school dashboard that breaks down the data (shown below). This scoreboard keeps a running total of walk throughs and the number is updated each time the report is opened.
This is the home page of the school base report/dashboard. This information is very basic, but shows how many walk throughs an "observer" did, number of walk throughs by grade level and subject area, number of walk throughs for each teacher, and teacher walk throughs and links to their walk through summary.
This report shows a school summary of this focus of the walk through tool. The data includes feedback and pictures (if updated to the form). All 3 focuses pages are set up identical. Clicking on the Teacher Name drop down allows an admin to select a teacher and see the data associated with those walk throughs.

We have quite a few Looker Studio tables that we use in our district. (I am actually presenting on the same topic at PETE&C, Pennsylvania's tech conference, in February, so I'd love to collaborate!)
