A huge well done to our Year 6 club member who took part in the Săvârșin Castle Fair this weekend. She managed to sell every single toy the club has been crocheting since January!
The highlight of the day was an unexpected conversation with Her Majesty Margareta, where she had the wonderful opportunity to present her with two of our handmade creations as a gift.
The Săvârsin Royal Domain opened its doors for the fourth edition of the festival of folk traditions and local products "Soul of Romania" on April 25 and 26, 2026. It was the largest edition of the festival so far. The event is organized annualy by the Profi Romania Company, in collaboration with the Royal Collection Foundation and the Săvârsin Commune City Hall.
The secondary students have now new leadership roles opportunities, as the project teams have started recruiting new members.
First team to start the recruitment process: Alphatronic, the robotics team.
Please see the info attached, the QR code for registering your interest and apply for a position in the technical or non-technical team.
The Student Led Conferences are happening on 9th of April online or in the previous days in school.
The end in mind is that students: share their vision about themselves; discuss their progress in academics, leadership, wellbeing and global awareness; they explain how they achieved targets and what support they will need from parents and teachers till the end of the school year so that they thrive in school and in personal life.

Heads of International schools visiting us.
For Alphatronic, the robot is only the beginning. We believe in the "complete package"—representing the true spirit of the program through a balance of technical excellence, community impact, leadership and the core philosophy of Gracious Professionalism. Their journey is defined by everything that happens off the field, too: late nights spent documenting every screw and sensor in their portfolio, dedication to advocate for the FIRST values and STEM education in new local, national and international communities, and the profound way they have grown together in a sustainable and inspiring way. Winning a match is a milestone, but their real mission is much broader. They strive for excellence in engineering design, precision in technical documentation, and a measurable, positive impact on the community.
The annual Youth Leadership Encounter (YLE) organised by ISA (https://isaschools.org/about-us/ and one of the member schools) brings together students from around the world to discuss a global issue and at the same time appreciate the history and culture of the host country.
TC delegations have so much enjoyed the previous editions: YLE 2023 @ Mexico, YLE 2025 @ Istanbul, YLE 2026 @ Miami.
The theme for the 2026 YLE is: Leadership Through Innovation: Solving Global Challenges with STEAM.
The event is hosted by Transylvania College, Romania.
It is a once in a lifetime experience that students will remember and an opportunity to make lifelong friendships and develop skills.
The students leadership team just returned from the annual Snow Shoe Teambuilding Trip, held at Cabana Petreasa, Cota 1600.
The trip was great, the students were excellent, they enjoyed the adventure, bonding with the others, being in nature, the games, everything! Thank you Miss Mihaela Romaniuc & Miss Daniela Ganea for arranging all the logistics and for leading the way!
Alphie's Dream is a story meant to inspire kindergarden children, a piece of creative writing and all the illustrations by Alphatronic members.
The book was presented by the team in several kindergartens, during the story time/ reading circle.
Alphatronic members also organised activities for the children, such as a scavenger hunt, pin the tale on the wolf, cookie decorating and a crossword puzzle with clues hidden around the room. Once finished attenders recieved a prize for helping Alphie get back his parents.
You can find the adventures of the little wolf cub character in the pdf attached. We hope you will enjoy the story and the illustrations.
We are looking forward to receiving your feedback via email at alphatronic.team@gmail.com .
The topic of this edition of Youth Leasdership Encounter was: Leadership Accross Oceans in Preserving Marine Ecosystems.
