The Greenfield Resource Toolkit is intended to serve as inspiration and guidance for implementing three student experiences that make up the Achievement First Greenfield Model: Greenfield Expeditions, Dream Teams, and Goal Teams. This toolkit provides access to a host of resources that aid in implementation including, planning materials and templates, curricular and instructional materials, rubrics, sample schedules, teacher training tools, observation tools, family communication guidance, and so much more. We encourage you to browse this toolkit, download and/or make copies of materials, and adapt them to best meet the needs of your learning community.

Greenfield’s Dream Teams are groups of loved ones who provide an individual child with a network of support to help them reach their greatest potential, in particular via student-led conferences that foster motivation and student ownership.

Greenfield Goal Teams provide students with space to set weekly goals and receive support from peers and a caring adult to build their confidence and motivation as they work to achieve those goals.
