Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of muscles and movement in Anatomy.  For this level of Kinesiology we focus on each major joint and learn the muscles and bones involved in the different movements created by that joint.  We study the planes of motion.  We will also study injuries to those joints.   This class will include one or more field trips to a digital cadaver lab and/or Athletic Training Introduction.  Kinesiology is a first semester elective for students in grades 10-12.
