3.1 Account and profile information
When you sign in or use the App, we process information such as your name, email address, user identifier, role, organization or company details, and other profile fields maintained in our systems. This is used to authenticate you and provide features based on your permissions.
3.2 Fleet and operations data
The App is designed for fleet and logistics operations. Depending on your role and how your organization uses the App, we may process data related to vehicles, drivers, customers, vendors, indents, trips, payments, inspections, incidents, documents, and related operational records. This data is typically provided by you, your employer, or your organization’s administrators.
3.3 Location information
With your permission, the App may access precise or approximate location from your device (for example, when capturing location in connection with inspections or incidents). You can control location access through your device settings. If you deny location permission, certain features may be limited.

6.1 Google Firebase (Google LLC)

6.4 Your organization
