  5. Check for reading assignments in your NEWSELA Class. New stories added with quizzes.
  6. Remember to truly relax. Use this yoga class f‍or beginners to learn to relax in a healthy way.
  7. STAY ACTIVE! Go for a walk, ride your bike.
