Drs. Stanley and Tiffany Anderson Scholarship
Stanley Anderson, M.D., and Tiffany Anderson Ed D., TPS Superintendent, created the Stanley & Tiffany Anderson scholarship. This scholarship is to provide financial assistance to a Topeka Public Schools graduating senior with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA enrolling in college or who will enroll in college within six months of graduation to further their education with an emphasis on degree completion.

Susan K. Rogers Scholarship for Future Teachers
Retiring from Topeka Public Schools after a long and dedicated career, Dr. Susan Rogers established a scholarship for a graduating TPS senior or a current college student who graduated from TPS to encourage students to become educators.
Bernice and Larry Robbins Scholarship
The Bernice and Larry Robbins Scholarships were established in 2012 by Larry “LR” Robbins, a 1967 graduate of Highland Park High School, as a Robbins family legacy initially honoring Highland Park High School. The scholarship is awarded to a TPS graduating minority senior.

Educators Insurance Scholarship
Scholarship provides financial assistance to a graduating senior planning to pursue a secondary study majoring in education. Other majors may be considered. Two scholarships will be awarded annually.
Roxy Perez’ Legacy JROTC Memorial Scholarship
The Roxy Perez' Legacy JROTC Memorial Scholarship was established in 2024. It provides $250 of financial assistance, non-renewable, to one graduating JROTC senior who is planning to continue their education at a college/university/technical school.
Andrew Reeves Scholarship
Dr. Douglas B. Reeves, the primary donor, established this scholarship in honor of his brother Andrew Reeves (THS '76). Andrew Reeves, a former Kansas State debate champion, has been a global philanthropist that established schools, hospitals and teacher housing in Africa. This Scholarship is designed to provide 5 different one-time $2000 for students who have been selected. These Scholarships are for students who have excelled in Debate and Forensics.
Minority Leadership Academy Scholarship
The Minority Leadership Academy scholarship is open to any graduating high school student interested in preschool, elementary, or secondary education. It is a one $500 non-renewable scholarship. The applicant must attend a TPS high school.
Mrs. Joyce L. Martin Library Scholarship
The Mrs. Joyce L. Martin Scholarship was established in 2025 by Ms. Royce Martin and her siblings in memory of their mother who passed away October 6, 2024. After her first retirement from Blue Cross Blue Shield and some additional jobs, Mrs. Martin joined the Topeka Public School System and worked in just about all of the 501 schools as a paraprofessional. After 22 years, she retired from Highland Park High School as a well-known, tough, yet sweet library associate.
Gordon/Hackley Character Leadership Scholarship
The Gordon/Hackley Character Leadership Scholarship provides a one-time, non-renewable Scholarship of $1000 to former McClure Elementary students, who have graduated from high school and are pursuing higher education degrees. 3.2 GPA Required. (Applications for this scholarship ONLY will be accepted until April 30th.)
Topeka Evening Sertoma Club Scholarship (Info and Application) - ELIGIBILITY: All men and women who are in good standing and eligible to graduate from a Shawnee County High School during the 2025-2026 academic year and who are enrolled, have provisionally enrolled or have accepted and intend to enroll in a Kansas Board of Regents University or a Kansas Community College or a Kansas Technical Institute. Board of Regents Universities are: Emporia State, Ft. Hays State, Kansas State, KSU at Salina, Pittsburg State, Kansas, University, KU Med, Washburn and Wichita State. Must have a Cumulative High School GPA of 3.25 or greater. Due April 24th at Noon.
Sigma Phi Epsilon at Kansas State University - Balanced Man Scholarship - We are excited to announce that we are offering $10,000 in one-time scholarships ranging from $250 to $1,000 to incoming freshmen attending Kansas State for the 2026–2027 academic year. The Balanced Man Scholarship is designed to recognize students who embody the ideals of a Sound Mind and a Sound Body — two principles we believe are critical for living a balanced and successful life.
