The move to remote and hybrid learning forced many teachers and students to rely fully on using technology to deliver and complete lessons. With the return of students to an in-person model of instruction technology integration is just as important to keep students engaged in their learning. The International Society of Technology in Education (ISTE) has created global standards for today's learners.
ISTE Standards are divided into the following seven sections. There are video samples that follow.
Empowered Learner
Digital Citizen
Knowledge Constructor
Innovative Designer
Computational Thinker
Creative Communicator
Global Collaborator
Full documents for students, educators, and coaches are shown below the videos.
