Topeka Public Schools will screen students in the fall, winter, and spring to assess any learning loss from the COVID19 closing of schools and subsequent remote and virtual learning.  The data from the screeners will provide information for the school to support student academic and social emotional needs through multiple opportunities that include tiered instructional support during the school day, after-school programs, and summer learning camps.

Through federal ESSER funds and the U.S. Department of Child Nutritional Services, we can Include in many of the programs transportation, daily breakfast and lunch, counseling for social emotional needs, and field trips.
