In order to record your participation in pre-recorded sessions please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the session you are interested in participating in.

2. Click the "Pre-Recorded Link" link

3. Fill out the top part of the form. This is your "sign-in sheet" for the session.

4. Scroll down and watch the video (either linked or embedded) in the form.

5. When you are finished watching the video, scroll to the session evaluation and provide feedback about the session.

6. Click the submit button to record your participation in that session.

7. Repeat these steps for each pre-recorded session you attend.
