In this course students will develop a digital outcome to manage data. The data will be displayed by a simple website which users will be able to search for specific information. An iterative process (repeating design steps) and user feedback will be used to improve the website and ensure the digital outcome is fit for purpose.
Use this evidence template, make a copy, save it in your Google drive and then edit it. When you are ready to submit a checkpoint, you will need to share your work with me. Note that you will need to provide the link to your work every time you submit a checkpoint. Please make sure that you have given me editing rights to your document so that I can make suggestions on your work.

In this task, you will create a database that is linked to a digital outcome (a website) to display data. The resources below will assist you with this process.

Make a copy of the evidence template This should be open at all times when you are doing the assessment as you will need to add 'progress' screenshots at regular intervals.
(Note: Each time you submit work, please submit all your files i.e. php, html, CSS, images folder, fonts folder, csv into ONE folder.)
Checkpoint 1: Upload the index.php file, the images folder and the CSS file/folder into a zipped folder called C1_yourname. Due: Monday 30th May
Checkpoint 2 : Upload a copy of your database as a csv file into a folder called C2_yourname. Due: Friday 10 June
Checkpoint 3: Upload screen shots of the 'Show All' query is working and other database queries are working into a folder called C3_yourname. Due: Friday 17 June
Checkpoint 4: Upload all your files and folders related to the website and the database and a pdf file of the renamed evidence template into a zipped folder called C4_yourname. Due: Wednesday 22 June
