The roots of Town Cove Tap House began in 1887, when Aaron Snow, the great-great-great-great grandfather of our founders, established a coal and mercantile business. Long before our taps were flowing, Aaron was navigating the Atlantic aboard his trusty ship, The Nettie M. Rogers, transporting goods to his store on the shores of the Town Cove. Aaron’s mercantile was more than a store, it was a gathering place. Friends and neighbors came not only to buy the supplies Aaron had sourced for them, but to connect, share stories, and be part of a community. Over the next six generations, the Snow family business grew and evolved into the Snow’s Home & Garden you know today.

To honor that legacy and Aaron’s original impact on creating a place where people come together, Town Cove Tap House was born. So raise a glass with us to a story anchored in history but poured in the present.
