Functional Skills English and Maths Entry 3 to Level 2
Both online and in-store courses available throughout the week. Courses are either 10 week or 20 week depending on your availability. Term time classes only.
Digital Skills
Improve your Digital Skills
This course is designed to help you with your own digital needs whether it's for every day use at home, or at work. A 5 week course, to help you develop the skills where you need them.
Essential Digital Skills Entry 3 / Level 1
These 15 week qualification courses will help prepare you for digital skills at work and in every day life. You will practice:
Use of Office tools, such as when creating spreadsheets, presentations and other documents.
Internet use, searching and transacting online
E-safety and keeping secure
Emails and communicating at work
Employability
Improve your Employability Skills
This course will help you improve your skills by focusing on:
CV Writing
Searching for work
Applying for work
Interview Skills
Sector based working
Personal Development
Introduction to Creative Writing
This is a fun and stimulating course which will help you to improve your writing skills and boost your confidence and creativity - delivered by a trained creative writing tutor.
We also have the Job Club!
Come along to the job club every Friday from 9:30 – 10:15. This is an informal meet up online using Zoom - you do not need to register or sign up. Come to one session or come back every week - it's up to you. Bring a cup of coffee / tea and some biscuits and talk to others on our programmes about work and life!
This session will be led by one of our Functional Skills and Employability tutors..
