By submitting your information or participating in services offered by A Healthy Appetite, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

This subscription provides digital nutrition planning services only, including but not limited to meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, mini courses and educational nutrition materials.

This is not a food preparation service, not meal delivery, and not a food service operation. No food is cooked, packaged, stored, or distributed as part of this subscription.

2. Not Medical Advice

All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns, dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions before implementing any nutrition plan.

3. Subscription Access & Delivery

Meal plans and related materials are delivered digitally on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan.

Because all materials are digital and evergreen, you may use, revisit, and reuse your meal plans at any time.

4. No Skipping or Pausing Weeks

Subscriptions cannot be paused, skipped, or deferred, including for vacations, holidays, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts.

This policy exists because:

• Meal plans are delivered digitally
  
  

• Content may be used at any time
  
  

• Administrative management of pauses and restarts is not feasible
  
  

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to digital planning content, not time based food delivery.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.

All payments are non refundable once a payment is made or billing cycle has begun, including unused content due to the digital nature of the products.

You may cancel your subscription within 14 days prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All meal plans, recipes, documents, videos, and materials provided are intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.

You agree that you will not:

• Share, distribute, sell, copy, or reproduce any materials
  
  

• Provide access to non-subscribers
  
  

• Upload content to public or private groups, websites, or platforms
  
  

This subscription is for individual use only.

7. Unauthorized Sharing & Legal Action

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of subscription materials constitutes a breach of these Terms.

If intellectual property is shared or distributed without permission, the company reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate access without refund
  
  

• Pursue legal remedies, including financial damages and legal fees
  
  

8. Account Termination

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the subscription for violations of these Terms, including misuse of content or payment disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
