Recruitment Process

Please ensure that your CV contains no spelling or grammatical mistakes; and clearly describe your English proficiency in your CV, or cover letter, or application email.

Don’t worry, this is just a quick screening call to help us ensure you meet the basic requirements for the role. For this part, feel free to keep your answers short and direct. Yes/No responses are totally fine.

Depending on the position you're applying for, you may receive a test via email (duration: 1–2 hours). Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns — even if you feel that the role may no longer be the right fit for you.

An online interview in Vietnamese — or otherwise, we’ll notify you in advance. Please prepare a computer with a webcam, or a smartphone, with stable internet connection, and sit in a well-lit area so we can see you clearly.

You will be asked to provide contact details (name, job title, company, phone number and/or email) of at least one former manager who can confirm your past performance and work history. Please inform your reference in advance so they are aware and prepared to take our call.

If you’ve successfully passed all interview rounds, congratulations! We’ll be sending you an official Job Offer via email.
