What does the Southwest School Library Media Center provide?

  • Book selections to suit every student; including high-interest fiction and non-fiction, graphic novels, a Spanish-language collection, award-winning titles, picture books, and literature spanning K-6 reading levels

  • Both technology-centered and "unplugged" makerspace materials designed to challenge students to be creative and think outside the box

  • A learning environment based on national and state school library standards, with an emphasis on inquiry, collaboration, and exploration
