In the unit, "Building a Reading Life" students will focus on the skills needed to help them be a life long reader.  Students will learn and practice how to choose "Just Right Books.  Students will also learn strategies to help them read difficult words.  While reading it is also important that students think about what they have read, and check for comprehension along the way.
