Context
We firmly believe that doing mobilities in different countries gives the student more experience, that is frequently requested when looking for a job. Furthermore, students will also be able to learn about new health systems, improve their linguistic skills, as well as professional, intellectual and social skills. We have already worked with the countries that we have mentioned previously: France, Portugal, Malt, Italy, Hungary, Ireland and Belgium. However, we work hard to increase the relationships with more countries.

Objectives
Objectives
Our goal is to offer recent graduates more opportunities to find a job placement by doing internships abroad. The mobility allows the students to improve their linguistics competences, as well as their professional and personal development. They will achieve the maturity and the autonomy that only an abroad period can provide.
This project has the following specific objectives:
Promote personal and human development, as well as improve the professional, intellectual and social skills of students. After mobility abroad, the student will have greater security, confidence, self-esteem, autonomy, factors that have a very positive influence on the search for a job.
Increase the employment rate of our students.
Significantly improve the quality and efficiency of students' skills.
Both students and teachers can learn about the health system of another country.
Encourage multilinguism by means of less spoken foreign languages.
Students who participate in a mobility may have a greater chance of volunteering in third world countries, because by knowing another language and having learned from another country, they will develop greater autonomy and confidence to offer their help to those most in need.
Provide students with a cultural and learning experience in the jobs of the host companies, so that they obtain greater qualifications and employability, and take the opportunity to undertake work projects.
Promote social, labor, and cultural integration.

Participant profile
All mobilities are designed for recent graduates. Specifically, participants could be students of the intermediate degree in nursing assistant, the intermediate degree of care for people in situations of dependency and professional training in administrative services. Next, you could see the personal qualities that we keep in mind.
Personal motivation: Personal interview to evaluate the student's motivation and her CV.
Academic record.
English level: Through evaluation carried out by the school's Language Department. The test will consist of reading, writing, listening and speaking. It will not be necessary to do it if you have a certificate that accredits at least an A2 level.
Other competencies: Assessment by the teaching staff of the participant's suitability for mobility. Competencies such as maturity, punctuality, autonomy, responsibility... will be valued.
Activities
The activities, that the students carried out at the end of the vocational education and training, consist in short-term learning mobilities. In these mobilities, students can learn others health systems and social habilities for their future. Also, they improve their language and their communication habilities in real life. These mobilities could be an opportunity to improve their working experience.
