Certified Topaasia Serious Game Master 2025

This autumn, Topaasia Ltd is launching it's first game master training (20 hrs). 

The aim is to offer a central vehicle for learning serious game competences and to create an open community of sharing and learning. 

The certification programme is open to all professionals who are interested in organisational development and would like to gain a new serious game tool to help them in their work, be it within their own organisation or with their customers. 

This first edition of certification training will be free of charge, so this is a good time to take advantage of the opportunity!

What is Topaasia?

Topaasia serious game is a gamified, participatory approach based on a scalable, digital dialogue method which supports individual and organisational learning culture. 

The digital tool has so far been used by over 20 000 players and hundreds of organisations both from private and public sector.
During the 10 years of product development, the tool has found use in various organisational development cases such as strategy implementation, team building, 1-on-1 discussions, and handling DEI matters across all company levels, to name but a few use cases.
