Born & Raised across the great state of Texas, Lauren has had the privilege of calling Middle Tennessee home for the last 10+ years. Starting her career in Real Estate as the front desk receptionist for a small brokerage in Franklin, TN, Lauren quickly fell in love with this ever-changing industry. Now passing over 10 years in the business, and wearing a multitude of administrative hats- Lauren is a true Real Estate Expert and looks forward to sharing all of the systems and processes that provide your clients with an exceptional buying and/or selling experience!

When not leading our team of Rockstars and serving our fellow Real Estate Experts, Lauren can be found enjoying time with her husband, Eric, and son, Finlee. The family loves hanging outdoors and enjoys the University of Kentucky athletics-

LISTING COORDINATOR

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Chelsey is a true Nashville native. Through the purchase and selling of her personal homes with the help of Top Ops, she was able to get a glimpse in to the teamwork and culture our team has. In 2021, Chelsey decided to join the fun for herself as our listing coordinator! Chelsey now utilizes her 10+ years of experience in hospitality to service clients and ensure that the process of selling their home is as seamless as possible. She enjoys the communication and dedication that everyone has to offer the team, and loves learning new things each and every day!

In her spare time, you can find Chelsey hanging out with her husband of 11 years and 2 children. Even though she's been in the area her entire life, Chelsey loves finding new restaurants, going to festivals, or catching a show at a local theater!

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Karissa, born and raised primarily in Idaho, spent most of her teens and 20s in Portland, Oregon. It was during this time that her father's significant investments in real estate sparked her passion for the industry. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Karissa has held various roles, starting from secretary and progressing to operations manager, real estate marketer, and agent. However, her true passion emerged when she discovered the world of transaction coordinating several years ago.

Karissa's expertise extends to transaction coordinating for agents in more than 20 states. She has received extensive training in Florida, Michigan, Alabama, Texas, and her home state of Idaho. Her outgoing nature and exceptional communication skills have been valuable assets throughout her career and personal life.

When Karissa isn't working, you'll find her embracing her country life on her acreage. Family and relationships hold immeasurable importance to her, and she adores her husband, children, and animals.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Hailing all the way from New Delhi, India- Ishita has been in the Middle Tennessee area for 8+ years. She received her Bachelor's of Journalism and Mass Communication at Amity University in India which also included experience working on the 2012 Presidential Campaign for Barack Obama. Ishita has had a rich career so far including closing coordination, client servicing, management training, and more! A firm belief in Real Estate and clientele relationships drove her to join our team. Ishita is passionate about working with our Real Estate Experts and learning the entire process, from start to finish!

With excellent communication skills and her detail-oriented nature, we are so excited to have Ishita serving as a Transaction Coordinator for Top Operations. Outside of working with agents and clients, you can find Ishita spending time with her husband and 2 kids, swimming, or baking. She also loves expressing her creative side through painting, singing, dancing, and event planning!
