Animals on Campus

Bringing animals on campus is a direct violation of the Utah State Health Department Code providing for a safe school environment. 

Animals at school pose some obvious safety hazards, 

Middle Canyon Elementary School is not responsible and will not be held liable for damage caused by animals on our campus. 

In the event that animals are left unattended, the Tooele City Police Department will be notified immediately and the animal control officer will come to pick up the animal and the owners of the animals will be held accountable for any fines and/or damages.
