Teachers can reset their students’ passwords. This page provides you with instruction on the preferred method of how to change students' passwords in Illuminate.
In TCSD, students' login is their SSID.
In TCSD, students' login is their SSID and their initial password is usually welcome.
Once students first log in, Illuminate requires that they reset their password. Please have them reset it to stu*****, where ***** is their lunch number.
This method can change passwords for one or more students via the Student Portal Management page.
The format of the Illuminate landing page has changed quite a bit for this school year. To access the Student Portal Management page from within Illuminate;
Click on the students icon.
Click on Manage Portal Access.
Once you have reached the Student Portal Management page, follow the steps outlined in this video to change student passwords.
