Blending Self-Love & Somatic Sensuality

Self-Love, through the lens of somatic sex education, is a deeply intentional and sensual practice. It involves intimately listening to your body's innate wisdom and meeting your desires for nourishment, pleasure, and renewal. It invites you to gently awaken and delight your senses, fully immersing yourself in your physical and emotional experiences with tender curiosity and openness.

This embodied approach empowers you to discover and embrace what deeply satisfies and nurtures you. It enriches your connection to your sensual nature and authentic desires. Committing to embodied self-love cultivates a caring and pleasurable relationship with yourself, founded in trust, awareness, and radiant self-acceptance. Ultimately, embracing self-love sensually supports you to fully embody your presence, enhancing your ability to show up for yourself and others with passion, purpose, and profound impact.

Somatic Sensuality, from a somatic sex education perspective, is an embodied practice of intentionally engaging with your senses. It is designed to cultivate pleasure, presence, and deep connection to your body. Somatic sex education moves beyond traditional approaches by focusing on lived, felt experiences, helping you connect with your body’s sensations, desires, and boundaries.

Through guided practices such as mindful touch, breathwork, movement, and consent-based exploration, you are supported by a trauma-informed Somatic Sex Educator. You will cultivate pleasure, presence, and self-trust in a way that feels 'safer' and empowering. This approach invites an exploration of sensations, textures, rhythms, and movements with awareness, curiosity, and gentle attention, offering a holistic, grounding, and transformative sensual journey.

Offerings

Through 1:1 sessions, immersive group experiences, and online programs, I strive to offer a space 'safe enough' to deepen your self-love and explore your somatic sensuality. In-person sessions can be offered at my studio or at an agreed-upon location that is comfortable for you and virtual sessions that can be adapted for distant guidance are available.

Ascension Arc

The Ascension Arc is a 3-session journey that guides you through a gentle client-led ascent into deeper self-awareness, pleasure, and sensual embodiment, then smoothly brings you back down into grounded empowerment and ongoing self-care. By deepening your self-trust, you'll cultivate intimacy within, and may expand into deeper intimacy with others.

Continuous Connection

Taking what we build off of The Ascension Arc, I offer ongoing, personalized 1:1 sessions that deepen and sustain your embodied self-care journey beyond what you explored previously. Each client-led session provides gentle, tailored guidance, ensuring you remain empowered and nurtured as you continue exploring self-love and somatic sensuality.

Embracing Pleasure as Self Care

A Somatic Sensuality Gathering - Join Jade for a gentle and empowering 3-hour gathering that explores pleasure as an essential part of self-care and self-love. This intimate experience includes a grounding somatic practice, a sharing circle, and a creative individual pleasure mapping activity.

Together, we’ll explore how solo and shared (non-erotic and erotic) pleasures can nourish your whole self. This session invites you to connect with your desires moment to moment and offers tools for cultivating more joy and embodiment in daily life. All activities are optional, with a focus on consent, gentle exploration, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.

The Ascension Arc
This 4.5-hour experience unfolds across three transformative sessions—Establish, Explore, and Empower—mirroring an arc of gentle rising, peak exploration, and graceful integration. You'll deepen your connection with your body, discover personal pathways to pleasure, and honour your desires. Each session integrates elements of peace, pleasure, and play while the personalized client summaries shared after the sessions may include reflective journal prompts, and further explorations.

Session 1: Establish (1.5 hours)

Your journey begins at the base of your personal arc, establishing safety and trust. With gentle presence and active listening, we create a foundational space where you can share your story, explore current experiences, and set meaningful intentions. Guided practices and mindful dialogue prepare you to confidently ascend into deeper exploration.

Session 2: Explore (1.5 hours)

At the peak of your journey, you'll dive deeper into sensory embodiment and self-love practices. This session invites playful sensory exploration, deepening your awareness and connection to pleasure. If desired and accessible, you'll experience a Sacred Receiving practice—an empowering opportunity to guide nurturing, pleasurable touch uniquely tailored to you. We conclude with thoughtful integration, capturing insights gained at this heightened point of your journey.

Session 3: Empower (1.5 hours)

Gently descending from your peak experience, this session weaves together your discoveries, introducing somatic practices to ground and stabilize your newfound insights. Together, we craft a personalized plan that ensures ongoing integration and prioritization of your self-care and pleasure practices. You'll leave feeling confident, supported, and clear on your path forward.

Ongoing Support

Pleasure is a continuous journey, and you're not alone in navigating it. Complimentary follow-up check-ins (via call, email, or text) after each session support your integration and growth. I'm Jade (she/her), a cisgender, heterosexual woman, friend, daughter, sister, mother, lover, and somatic sex educator in training.

After a heartbreaking rupture in 2020, I embarked on a deep healing journey, prioritizing intentional singlehood and celibacy as an act of self-devotion. Centered around peace, pleasure, and play, I reclaimed my sensuality and learned that pleasure isn't earned, it is something we inherently deserve. Inspired by my own transformation, I joined the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education in 2021, initially for personal exploration. I'm currently pursuing certification (anticipated completion in December 2025), having immersed myself in embodied learning, hands-on practice, trauma-informed training, and mentorship.

Passionate about sharing self-love and somatic sensuality as an integral part of self-care, I offer support to others through embodied practices. Recognizing my privilege, I am committed to ongoing reflection. My practice is shaped by curiosity and exploration, and I desire to hold inclusive, 'safer’, expressive, and accessible spaces.

Assessment to Prepare for SSE Support

I am a Somatic Sex Educator-Student Practitioner with the Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education. As of March 2025, I have my final Core Course 5 (practitioner hours+project) to complete with an anticipated certification by December 2025.

As an approved student member of SSEA, all sessions adhere to the code of professional conduct and ethics outlined by the Somatic Sex Educator Association and the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers.

I have trauma-informed training and part of my offers for the purpose of client learning can include a one-way consensual and nurturing touch as requested and directed by the client in their sessions. Erotic touch is not a service I offer.
