The Policy Board of the Center consists of 13 appointed members in accordance with state guidelines. The Tonawanda/Grand Island Policy Board consists of the following representatives:
Eight public school teachers, four from each district
Two administrators, one from each district
One representative from higher education
One parent of a public school district
One business representative
One Director, ex-officio-non-voting
