Please read these Terms of Services (“Terms”) carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo (“App”, “Service”) provided by TOMODEV (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. About GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is an Android camera, navigation, GPS search, and location-based utility app that allows users to capture photos and videos with location, timestamp, map, weather, sensor, and other contextual information.

The App may include features such as:

• Photo and video capture.

• GPS location stamps.

• Date and time stamps.

• Map and address overlays.

• Weather and environmental information.

• Compass, altitude, direction, and sensor-based information.

• Custom stamp templates.

• Manual location input.

• Location sharing.

• Media library and sharing tools.

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from time to time to improve the App, comply with platform requirements, fix issues, or support business needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

• You will use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

• Any information or content you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You will not use the App for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TOMODEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo on a compatible Android device that you own or control.

This license is for personal, professional, or internal business use only, unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notice.

• Use automated tools to access, scrape, overload, or interfere with the App.

4. User Content and Ownership

“User Content” means photos, videos, images, custom text, notes, hashtags, logos, contact information, manual locations, captions, templates, and other content that you create, upload, enter, capture, save, or share using the App.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

TOMODEV does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, or other User Content.

However, you are fully responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that:

• You have the right to capture, use, save, and share the content.

• You have permission to photograph or record people, private property, workplaces, restricted areas, or sensitive locations where required.

• Any logos, trademarks, names, contact details, or brand elements used by you are owned by you or used with proper authorization.

• Your content does not violate privacy, intellectual property, publicity, data protection, workplace, or other applicable laws.

• Your use of location-stamped media is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

When the App needs to process data to provide features, you grant TOMODEV a limited permission to process such data only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the App, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo and for any content you create, save, submit, or share.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, stalk, track, monitor, or surveil any person without lawful consent.

• Capture photos or videos where recording is prohibited or inappropriate.

• Record people in private places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

• Create, share, or publish illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or infringing content.

• Misrepresent GPS coordinates, timestamps, addresses, weather, sensor data, or other stamped information with intent to deceive.

• Use stamped content as the sole basis for legal, insurance, employment, safety-critical, compliance, or official decisions without independent verification.

• Violate any law, regulation, platform policy, third-party right, or these Terms.

6. Device Permissions

To provide its features, GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may request access to certain Android device permissions, including:

• Location: To provide GPS coordinates, address, map, altitude, accuracy, direction, weather, and location stamps.

• Camera: To capture photos and videos.

• Microphone: To record audio when recording videos.

• Photos / Media / Storage: To save, access, or manage photos and videos created or selected by you.

• Sensors: To support compass, direction, orientation, motion, altitude, or related device-based features.

• Network / Internet: To fetch maps, weather data, address information, ads, analytics, and service updates.

• Notifications: To send app-related notices or reminders, if this feature is available.

• Advertising Identifier: To support advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention where permitted.

You can grant, deny, or revoke permissions through your Android device settings.

Some features may not work properly if required permissions are denied or disabled. For example, GPS stamp features may not work as intended without location permission, and photo capture may not work without camera permission.

7. Location, Weather, Map, and Sensor Accuracy

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo uses device sensors, Android system services, network information, GPS signals, map providers, weather providers, and other third-party services to display or stamp information.

You understand that location, weather, map, timestamp, compass, altitude, accuracy, pressure, wind, humidity, and other sensor or environmental information may be:

• Approximate.

• Delayed.

• Incomplete.

• Outdated.

• Affected by device settings.

• Affected by GPS signal, network quality, indoor use, weather, buildings, terrain, or sensor calibration.

• Dependent on third-party service availability.

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is a convenience and documentation tool. It is not a certified surveying, forensic, legal evidence, scientific, emergency, aviation, maritime, navigation-critical, or safety-critical instrument.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

8. Stamped Media and Authenticity

The stamps, overlays, templates, maps, timestamps, and location information produced by the App are visual and informational elements.

They are not:

• A certified proof of location.

• A certified proof of time.

• A tamper-proof seal.

• A legal certification.

• A cryptographic signature.

• A forensic authentication method.

• A guarantee that the photo or video has not been edited.

Images or videos with similar stamps may be created, edited, modified, or imitated using other apps, photo editors, AI tools, design tools, or third-party software.

TOMODEV does not guarantee that stamped media is authentic, unique, legally valid, or impossible to alter. Any person or organization relying on stamped media is responsible for independently verifying its accuracy, authenticity, and source.

9. Third-Party Services

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may use third-party services to operate, improve, monetize, and support the App, including but not limited to:

• Google AdMob for advertising.

• Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, or app functionality.

• Google Analytics for Firebase for app usage analytics.

• Google Play Services for Android platform services.

• Map, geocoding, address, or location service providers.

• Weather and environmental data providers.

• Google Play Billing, if paid features are available.

• Sharing services such as email, messaging apps, social platforms, or cloud services when initiated by you.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules. TOMODEV is not responsible for third-party content, service availability, accuracy, data practices, ads, websites, or user interactions with third-party services.

10. Advertising

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may display advertisements through third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob.

Ad networks may use advertising identifiers, device information, app usage data, approximate location, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, limit, personalize, or improve ads, subject to your device settings, consent choices, platform rules, and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate ad impressions or clicks.

• Use bots, automation, or deceptive behavior to interact with ads.

• Interfere with ad delivery, measurement, or fraud prevention systems.

• Abuse rewarded ads or unlock mechanisms, if available.

11. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium features, or remove-ads options.

If available, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

TOMODEV does not directly process or store your payment card details.

Prices, taxes, product availability, subscription terms, free trials, and renewal rules may vary by country and Google Play configuration.

Refunds, billing issues, cancellation, and subscription management are handled according to Google Play policies.

If subscriptions are offered, they may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period through your Google Play account settings.

12. Privacy

Your use of GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how third-party services may process data, and what choices you may have.

Because GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo may involve location, camera, microphone, sensor, advertising, analytics, and device data, you should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo responsibly and lawfully.

You must not use the App to:

1. Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.

14. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, templates, icons, branding, text, graphics, logos, stamp layouts, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to TOMODEV and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App or its materials without our written permission.

All third-party names, trademarks, platform names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

If you believe content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@tomodev.vn with sufficient details for review.

15. App Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, new features, design changes, or security improvements from time to time.

We may also modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service, in whole or in part, without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

The App may not work properly if:

• Your device is unsupported.

• Your Android version is outdated.

• Required permissions are denied.

• Network access is unavailable.

• Third-party services are unavailable.

• App updates are not installed.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Android device or operating system version.

16. Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or certain features if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms.

• You misused the App.

• You violated applicable laws or third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law, TOMODEV makes no warranties that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

• Location, map, weather, time, address, sensor, or environmental information will be accurate or complete.

• Stamped photos or videos will be accepted as legal, official, professional, or evidentiary proof.

• Stamped media is tamper-proof, unique, or impossible to imitate.

• Third-party services will always be available or accurate.

• Errors, bugs, or compatibility issues will always be corrected.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOMODEV, its owners, employees, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses related to:

• Inaccurate or unavailable GPS, map, weather, sensor, address, timestamp, or environmental data.

• Photos, videos, or stamped media created, modified, shared, or relied upon by you or third parties.

• User Content or disputes involving User Content.

• Third-party ads, analytics, maps, weather, payment, platform, or sharing services.

• Loss of data, device issues, app errors, service interruptions, or compatibility problems.

• Business, employment, legal, insurance, compliance, safety, or professional decisions based on App output.

• Unauthorized access to, sharing of, or misuse of your device, files, photos, or videos.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the App or paid features during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TOMODEV from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App.

• Your User Content.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

• Your capture, storage, sharing, or submission of photos, videos, locations, logos, personal data, or stamped media.

• Your reliance on App output or any third party’s reliance on content created or shared by you.

This section applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Google Play Additional Terms

If you download GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.

These Terms are between you and TOMODEV, not Google.

TOMODEV is responsible for the App, its content, and support to the extent required by applicable law. Google is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the App.

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and billing issues on Android are handled through Google Play according to Google’s policies.

21. Export and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, platform, privacy, intellectual property, and local laws when using the App.

You may not use, export, re-export, or transfer the App in violation of applicable laws or restrictions.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are using the App as a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, platform requirements, legal requirements, business operations, or user feedback.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the effective date above.

If required by law or platform policy, we may provide additional notice in the App, on our website, or through the Google Play listing.

Your continued use of GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.

24. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Google Play terms, form the agreement between you and TOMODEV regarding GPS Map Camera - Geotag Photo.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not mean we waive our rights.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations where permitted by law.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
