TOMODEV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of AI Football Predictions to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).

We are committed to processing valid takedown requests promptly and in good faith.

2.2 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through AI Football Predictions infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be considered valid, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your identification — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Description of the copyrighted work — A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

3. Location of the infringing content — Specific information identifying where the infringing material appears within AI Football Predictions (e.g., a URL, feature description, or screenshot).

4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

5. Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Your signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

2.3 Where to Submit a DMCA Notice

Submit your DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA contact:

We aim to acknowledge all valid notices within 5–10 business days.

2.4 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location within the App.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your region and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with applicable DMCA procedures, unless the original complainant seeks a court order to the contrary.

2.5 Repeat Infringer Policy

TOMODEV maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users found to have repeatedly infringed the intellectual property rights of others will have their access to AI Football Predictions suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.

2.6 AI-Generated Content & Copyright

AI Football Predictions uses artificial intelligence to generate match predictions, analytical insights, and related content. Please note:

• AI-generated predictions and text produced by our system are based on publicly available football data and proprietary algorithms.

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they input into the App does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

• TOMODEV does not claim ownership over outputs generated from user prompts or interactions.

• Content generated using copyrighted input material without authorization may be subject to DMCA removal.

2.7 Football Data, Statistics & Third-Party Rights

AI Football Predictions may reference football statistics, match data, team names, and league information. We make reasonable efforts to source such data from publicly available or properly licensed providers. If you are a rights holder and believe any data within the App infringes your rights, please contact us using the information in Section 2.3.

2.8 Good Faith & Abuse

Submitting a DMCA notice with materially false information may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We encourage all parties to act in good faith when submitting or responding to copyright claims.

2.9 Changes to This Policy

We may revise this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

2.10 Trademark Complaints

Trademark owners who believe that names, logos, branding elements, or other protected materials are being improperly displayed within the App may contact us at support@tomodev.vn.

We will review and investigate trademark-related complaints in good faith and may remove or restrict content where appropriate.
