Electives
Physical Education: All junior high students must take a minimum of 2 full years of PE credits. We encourage students to complete those in 6th and 7th grade. PE options include (fees are listed but are subject to change):
Physical Education: Uniform fee- estimated cost $20
Boys Athletics**: Athletic Fee-$21, Uniform fee- estimated cost $20, Athletic Physical required (must play football or run cross country)
Girls Athletics**: Athletic Fee-$21, Uniform fee- estimated cost $20, Athletic Physical required (volleyball, basketball, cross country, track)
Dance 1 or 2: Specific Uniform Required – estimated cost $60
Leadership Officer Training Corp 1 or 2 (LOTC): Specific Uniform Required – estimated cost $50
Off-Campus PE: Click the link to see details and access the applications. An approved site and qualifying hours outside of the school day are essential. There is a deadline. This process is completed at the district level and the CPJH counselors and coaches do not make the determination.
