Wildcat Walk:
The Wildcat Walk is when Seniors can go back to their Tomball ISD Elementary School and walk the student-lined halls in their cap and gown.
The Wildcat Walk is not mandatory but a very fun event. If your Senior did not attend elementary school in Tomball ISD, they are welcome to go with a friend, if they choose to participate.
Seniors, since you get these emails too, you need to know this: All Seniors MUST wear their student ID to the elementary schools. If you have lost yours, you will need to get a temporary ID at TMHS before going to the Elementary Schools. We take safety seriously.
Parking will be very limited at each of the schools. We encourage everyone to walk from their home to the elementary school or carpool.
The Wildcat Walk will begin between 9:20-9:30 at each elementary campus.

Cap and Gown Day
This is a new tradition we are starting at TMHS with the Class of 2025. Seniors will wear their cap and gown to school on Friday, May 16, 2025. The intent is for Seniors to be able to take pictures with their friends as well as staff members. We believe this will be a fun event to kick off Graduation Week!
Graduation- May 23, 2025 Reed Arena, College Station- LOTS OF INFORMATION
Graduation begins at 12pm. The doors will open around 11am.
There are no tickets or limit to the number of guests.
Graduation should last approximately 2 hours.
Seniors are required to be in dress code for graduation. This includes: hair color must be a natural color, no facial piercings, males clean shaven, and all tattoos should be covered. If they show up out of dress code, they will be asked to correct the situation or they will not be allowed to walk across the stage.
All males must wear a dress shirt with tie and slacks (nice jeans with boots are fine, too). Females need to feel comfortable walking up stairs in the shoes they choose. The last thing we want is someone falling as they walk across the stage.
Graduation caps are not to be decorated and only campus approved stoles and cords will be worn.
Mr. Crocker is scheduled to read the names at graduation. He has been calling seniors that may have a name difficult to read. If you have one of those names and your senior has not been called in, please ask them to see Mr. Crocker.
Seniors will be provided their row and seat number on the day of the Graduation Rehearsal. It will be at TMHS on May 22, at 7:45am in the Main Gym.
If your senior is late to graduation (after 12:00pm), they will still need to enter through the North Entrance (same entrance as all other graduates). There will be staff in the area to direct them and get them to their seat. Parents will not enter through the North entrance.
Reed Arena Information:
Like most large event venues, Reed arena has a list of prohibited items and adheres to a Clear Bag Policy. Diaper Bags and Medical Bags are allowed but are subject to search.
From REED ARENA:
A concession stand will be open for bottled water and light snacks. CARD ONLY payments. No outside food or beverages (exception: a guest may bring 1 sealed plastic water bottle of water).
Cameras- Reed Arena will allow in cameras that have a lens that is 3 inches or less.
Lots of questions on this:If you have mobility issues, the first 3 rows of each 100 level section are reserved for you. You may have 2 family members sit with you, but your entire family cannot sit together in these rows due to limited amount of seating and being respectful of others who need it as well. Please arrive early if you are in a wheelchair as there are limited sections for your seating. Please see an Usher or Staff member for assistance in getting seated.
No strollers, medical scooters, or baby carriages are allowed in the seating bowl.
No one, other than staff with credentials, will be allowed on the main floor.
Click Here for other prohibited items: Click Here for the Reed Arena Prohibited Item List
Parking: Graduation Parking Map
Parking is $10 CASH or CREDIT or you may pre-pay using this link https://app.parkmobile.io/venue/reed-arena/events about a month before the event.
Click Reed Arena, then scroll down to the May 23 “High School Graduation” Link. It says 8:00 am, however that is the correct link. It is an all day parking permit that goes from 8:00am -10:00pm. The link also has a parking map.
If you would like to pay for cash on the day of graduation, it will be $10.
For those with mobility issues, you may park in Lot 102, as long as you have a handicapped placard and may enter through the Main Entrance.
Entering the Arena:
Seniors will enter through the NORTH stairwell and make their way to the Volleyball Practice Gym. They need to be in the Volleyball Practice Gym by 11:00 am that day. There will be signs along the way showing the direction.
The doors for parents will open at 11am. You may enter through any entrance. Every entry will be labeled “Entrance” or “Exit”. Please adhere to the signs.
Live Streaming of Graduation:
For family and friends that are not able to make the event, live streaming on YouTube is available. If you type “Class of 2025 Graduation Tomball Memorial” in the YouTube Search Bar, the link will show.
Commencement Photography:
As your Senior walks across the stage, they will have their picture taken. To view these photographs and purchase a copy you will need to do the following:
Company is Lifetouch:
Text 415720GY25 to 90738*. Lifetouch will notify you by text when graduation photos are ready and provide additional information on how to purchase.
Graduates exiting the Arena:
Students will exit the Arena by walking behind the stage and out through the loading dock exit. Your senior will be able to turn to the right or the left once they exit the loading area. Meet your parents near the South, West, North, or East entrances. DO NOT STAY IN THE LOADING DOCK OR AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP. Please make sure you coordinate a plan with your graduate as to where they are to meet you.
Click Here for REED ARENA REFERENCE PHOTOS
My best advice is to plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to travel to and from the Reed Arena. Keep this email handy on the day of graduation and reference the links as needed.
If you have a question that I have not answered, feel free to email me.
Sincerely,
Jade Lopez

However, the NHS flame designation will not be in the program if not submitted by the deadline provided by Mr. Woodard. If you have any questions, please direct them to the NHS sponsor James Woodard at jameswoodard@tomballisd.net.
