JV Baseball Recap

4/16/2024 Lost 11-8

Tolland Junior Varsity Baseball got out to an early 8-2 lead, but ended up falling 11-8. Jack Wright threw 3 innings striking out four and allowing 5 Runs and only 3 Earned Runs. Chase Anderson came in for 1 inning of relief striking out two and allowing 4 Runs, 3 of which were earned. Tim Hoffman finished the last two innings. He struck out 3 and allowed two unearned runs. Offensively the Eagles were led by Jack Wright, Ivan Hramiak, and Evan Johnson. Jack singled and scored twice, while picking up an RBI. Ivan went 2-3 with a double, and scored twice. Evan went 1-3 with a double, a run scored, and an RBI.
