Design a wellness event or series that integrates the arts, music, movement, animals, nature, or food to support stress relief through creative expression and social connection.
Post
Use our platform to manage your event through promotion, transactions, and surveys. You can offer Free or Paid entry as a way to fundraise for your org.
Recruit
Share your event link to invite participants from your campus network to attend and find stress relief in your group.
Facilitate
Lead your groups within the Pilot Cycle for 1-2 hours each, in-person or virtual, with a minimum of 3 guests in each group.

Lead a social event, support group, or service project to help peers de-stress. In your style, the group should have structure, be interactive, and cultivate a sense of community through creative expression with arts, music, movement, animals, food, or nature. Collaborate with your Campus Counseling Center or Health Center for unique ideas to support mental health.

You will host 2 groups during a 2 week cycle either virtual or in-person . You can host both groups in one week or host one group per week for two weeks. You design your preferred schedule.
All are welcome to join your groups whom you invite. Invite participants from your network to attend and find stress relief in your groups. Each group must have a minimum of 3 participants. You’ll receive a personal invite link to share with attendees to register directly to your event.
Ticket Sales + Tips
You set the rate for participants to attend your group, Free or Paid. For paid events, we will process a $3 service fee per transaction. Your org will receive funds for all participants who purchase tickets and complete the feedback survey after your event. You’ll also keep 100% of any additional tips given by participants. At the end of your pilot cycle, you’ll receive an invite to redeem your total earnings. You’ll be able to choose whether you’d like a virtual Visa card sent to your email or a physical Visa card mailed to your address.
You can host your groups virtuall or in-person at a safe community-centered space that you choose. On one hand, you are highly encouraged to use your creativity and consider venues other than a typical office space. On the other hand, if you have an office or classroom space available, use what’s within reach to make planning simpler.

If you are a Campus Leader (student orgs, counselor, admins) have experience holding space, guiding groups, or supporting emotional well-being through creative or therapeutic practices, we want you.
You will likely identify as one or more of the following:
Student organization leaders (arts, wellness, advocacy, cultural orgs, etc.)
Resident Assistants (RAs) and peer mentors
Student government or leadership council members
Graduate students in counseling, social work, education, or health fields
Professors and adjuncts integrating creative, reflective, or wellness practices into teaching
Arts, humanities, and performance faculty facilitating expressive or group-based learning
Faculty advisors for student clubs and affinity groups
Counseling center staff and interns
Health center and wellness program staff
DEI, cultural center, and identity-based program coordinators
Chaplaincy, interfaith, and spiritual life leaders
Recreation, fitness, and intramural staff
(open to both campus-based and external partners)

This Pilot program is a community-based support group and payments are processed directly through our platform. As such, groups are not billable to insurance. Pilot partners receive a stipend from us for facilitating their group sessions and testing our pilot. Once our final product is in market, group therapy led by licensed professionals will be eligible for insurance billing at that time.
