This JST‑ASPIRE project, led by WPI-AIMEC, advances understanding and prediction of marine ecosystem change through integrated ocean observations, geochemistry, ecology and data science. Working across the northwestern Pacific and the Hawaiian region, our international team develops next‑generation tools, including AI‑enhanced ecosystem prediction models, to support regional to planetary stewardship.
