Oral Presentation

Time Schedule

A projector with HDMI connection is available.
Please bring your own laptop PC (and an adaptor to HDMI, if necessary) to connect to the projector.
Also, please bring a USB memory with your presentation file (either in pptx or pdf format) inside as a backup.
Please check the connection of your laptop PC to the projector during a break before your session.

Poster Presentation

Please prepare your poster in A0 size with portrait orientation.
Please put your poster on a poster board between 12:00 and 15:10. Push pins will be provided at the poster venue.
Please remove your poster immediately after the poster session and bring it back.
Please prepare for a pitch talk for your poster presentation which will be organized prior to the poster session. Each presentor must finish her/his pitch talk within two minutes.
