How do I post a property listing on Miftah? After downloading the app and creating your account, complete the ID verification step (a photo of your ID document plus a live face match). Once verified, you can post your listing directly from the "Post New Listing" screen.
How do I get the "Licensed Broker" badge? Send a copy of your professional license to info@miftahapp.com along with your account number in the app. Our team will review your request and activate the badge within 48 business hours.
Is ID verification mandatory? Yes β for anyone who wants to post a listing. This ensures that every listing on the platform comes from a real, traceable person. If you're only browsing or searching for property, you can use the app and save favorites without completing verification.
What's the difference between verified listings and other listings? Verified listings are those whose owners have completed ID verification on Miftah. You can filter your search to show only verified listings using the filter button β the safest way to find properties from real, accountable people.
How do I report a suspicious or violating listing? From the listing page, tap the "Report this Listing" button and select the reason. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and takes the appropriate action.
Is the app free? Yes. Downloading the app, browsing listings, and contacting sellers are all completely free. Optional paid services are available β such as listing boosts for brokers and property owners who want to reach a wider audience.
Do you cover all Syrian governorates? Yes. Miftah covers all governorates across Syria: Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Latakia, Tartus, Hama, As-Suwayda, Daraa, Deir ez-Zor, Al-Hasakah, and others.
I forgot my password. What do I do? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your Spam folder or contact us.
How do I delete my account? You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings β Account β Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at info@miftahapp.com and we'll process the deletion on your behalf.
