If you are already working in a school in some other role, you may have been referred to Teach Minnesota by an administrator. If you are interested in staying with the school and they are interested in hiring you, we can connect you and skip a lot of the recruitment process. You would still need to complete an interview and/or whatever other hiring process the school requires.
Many of our candidates come from somewhere other than education OR their education experience has not been with a partner school. For these candidates, we build a resume book to share with schools. You may be contacted by one of those schools and actively recruited. We will also share the job boards of our partner schools with you so you can apply directly for open positions.
Hiring teams will be watching for our branded resumes. They know that by being a part of Teach Minnesota you will step into the classroom ready on day one AND have support from us throughout the year. It's a good deal for them and for you!
