Scientific sessions of the convention include lead papers and keynote addresses by national and international experts on the subject. Original research work will also be presented in oral and poster paper sessions. The abstract of the research paper shall be sent only through soft copy in . doc or .docx format only. The body of the abstract should contain 200 to 300 words usually about a paragraph typed in Arial font size 11 and 1.15 line spacing. This abstract should contain an introduction, methods, results, and discussion. Don’t indent the first line. The template available in the convention website may be used as reference. Technical Directors of the respective session will decide on the papers to be presented through oral or poster. A letter of acceptance will be sent by the Technical Director concerned. After receiving the acceptance, full-length paper has to be sent to Technical director through email. Detailed guidelines for oral as well as poster presentations are available in the convention website. Souvenir in both hard and soft copies will be distributed during the registration on the first day of conference. The Souvenir will be published with ISBN number in standard book format. Certificate will be awarded to the participants for attending the convention (without oral / poster presentation) and presenting the paper through oral / poster. The official language of the Conference will be English.
