The conference consists of a plenary session, concurrent thematic sessions and a valedictory session. Plenary session will include a formal inauguration and keynote address , and felicitation of the best paper and poster winners. Concurrent thematic sessions consist of oral presentations by the students. The oral presentations will take place in a smaller setting. This allows for a lot of interaction and opportunities to ask questions. Simultaneous sessions will be spread out over two days. The sessions will be divided into different categories to cover different topics and will be supervised by the students facilitated by an experienced faculty in that field. This will be culminated into corresponding poster session in the same venue in order to facilitate one-to-one interaction with the presenter. Following are the suggested concurrent thematic sessions.
Contributing papers are invited on the above themes (Oral and Poster). Extended abstracts for Oral/Poster presentation should be prepared in MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 font size and single space leaving 1" margin on the left and right sides of a page consisting of Title of the paper, Authors, Affiliation, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Table (atleast one), Figure (optional) and References as prescribed in the Template should be submitted via Google Registration form. The papers (extended summaries) presented in the conference will be published, as a book with ISBN, which will be released during the inaugural ceremony. The selected manuscript of the full length paper will be peer reviewed and later published in a reputed Journal. An author can present only one paper. Extended abstracts should be submitted in Google form available at https://sites.google.com/view/tnau-agsc2020 and the full length paper should be sent by electronic mail to agsc@tnau.ac.in.
The conference is designed for young researchers from various Agricultural Universities. All M.Sc. Scholars, Ph.D. Scholars, Post Doctoral Fellows, Teaching Assistants, Research Associates, Senior Research Fellows and Junior Research Fellows of any nationality are invited to attend.
