Where to exchange/return the access card??

• Weekdays 8:30-21:30 → Reference Desk (3F)

• Weekdays 21:30-22:00 & Weekends → Information Desk (2F)

• If the desk is unattended, scan the QR Code to call for assistance.

• The E-learning Booth is not fully soundproof. Please keep your voice down while using the booth.

• For current TMU students, faculty, and staff only. One user per booth. Do not bring guests or transfer your reservation to someone else.

• Available reservation hours: During the Library's opening hours on the day of use.

• Maximum use: Up to 3 hours per booth, per person, per day. (Booths #1 and #2 are counted separately.)

• If you need a wired Internet connection, please let the service desk know when you check in and pick up your access card.

• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.

• If your preferred time slot is not shown, it is not available.

• Reservations are updated continuously. We recommend checking the reservation system regularly, as cancellations may create new openings.

• Please bring your own equipment (e.g., laptop and headphones).

• Please read the E-learning Booth Policy before using the booth. Violations of the policy may result in suspension of your reservation privileges.

【Violations & Penalties】

1. Failing to use your reservation without canceling it in advance.

2. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your reserved time. Reservations will be released automatically if you do not check in within 15 minutes.

3. Duplicating the access card or damaging the booth or its equipment.

4. Allowing anyone other than the registered user to enter or use the booth.
