Where to exchange/return the card key??

Notes

  • The e-learning booth is Not fully soundproofed, don't forget to keep your sound down.

  • For TMU students only.

  • Each booth is for one person only.

  • A student may make up to 4 hours per day.
    The administrator will delete the extra hours when it is found.

  • Please bring the equipment(s) you need, ex. Laptop, earphones, etc.

  • Service time: From 9 AM to one hour before the library closed.

  • Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.

  • If the date/time you'd like to pick up does not show on the screen, it means someone else booked it.

  • Please use earphones to not make noise to others.

  • If you need an ethernet adaptor to connect the network in the booth, please tell the staff when taking the card key at the service desk.

【Violation and penalty】

  1. Make a reservation but no show-up.

  2. Delay for over 30 minutes.

  3. Copy the key or destroy the furniture in the booth.

  4. Someone else the lender goes into the booth.
    If the violation is counted over 3 times, your account (to book the booth) will be blocked for one month.

【Ways to cancel reservation】

  1. You can click the “cancel link” in the Email that the reservation system sent;

  2. Send a message to the TMUL Line account (@509milvh);

  3. Email to asktmul@tmu.edu.tw.
