In December, we are learning about ostinati. Ostinati are rhythmic patterns that repeat themselves over and over again. To learn this, we are building ostinati to fit within the rhyme of Old King Cole. Ask your student for an example!

For the Christmas concert, the two grade 2 classes will be singing different songs. Ms. Kinley's class will be singing Cool Santa, and Mrs. Taylor's class is singing Hip Hop Reindeer. If they want to practice/listen outside of class I will include the videos here.
