LOCATION
Nestled among the landscape of the Texas Hill Country in Northwest San Antonio, TMI is located just 18 miles from the heart of downtown. The 86-acre campus was ranked the most beautiful high school campus in Texas by Aceable and houses a chapel, observatory, garden, rifle range, hiking trails, two gymnasiums, an indoor swimming pool, a newly constructed Innovation and Design building and beautiful athletic fields among its many facilities to explore.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Summer At TMI camps and courses are open to students throughout the greater San Antonio area and beyond. Children do not need to attend TMI Episcopal to participate in summer programming.
REGISTRATION/PAYMENT
Registration will begin on March 1tst, and must be completed online using the links on this website. There is a $75 deposit on all programs.
Payments are due in full on the Wednesday before the upcoming week's program.
Payments will be considered late on Thursday at noon prior to your weeks camp session; and will be assessed a $25 return/late fee.
Please note that if payment is not made by Thursday, your spot in camp may be forfeited, in which case you must re-register. This will not be grounds for a refund.
Payment can be made by credit card though our registration site.
Payments will not be pro-rated due to absences, holidays, or inclement weather.
Please be thorough with food allergies, allergens, and medical conditions, especially if signing up for a session that involves food and cooking.
WAITLIST
Registrations received after a camp/course is full and has reached capacity will be put on the waitlist. If a space opens up, priority will be given to those on the wait list by order of placement on the wait list. You will be contacted by phone and/or email.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please register for courses and camps carefully. Cancellation requests must be submitted to our office in writing. Not attending the program for any reason does not entitle you to a refund. When you register your child, you are reserving space, time, and staffing whether or not your child attends the program. Session cancellations/refund requests must be emailed to summer@tmi-sa.org
Written cancellations made 14 days or more before a session starts will receive a full refund less a $35 processing fee.
Written requests received between 7-13 days before the session starts will be 50% refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for requests less than 7 days in advance of the session start date, except in the case of emergency.
Most sessions are 5 days in length. No discounts will be given for campers who do not complete the full session.
CAMPER CONDUCT
It is an expectation that all participants of Summer At TMI conduct themselves in a kind, considerate and respectful manner toward their instructors, counselors and peers. Disruptive behavior will first be handled by the instructor/counselor and then by the Director of Summer Programs. Repeated behavior may result in a camper being dismissed from camp without a refund.
