About Me

I am currently a computer technology professor in the computer technology department. I have been teaching at TMCC for 24 years full-time and 6 years part -time. I received my PhD in Political Science with a major in public administration and a minor in public policy at UNR. My research focus has been racial profiling.  I also have a law degree together with over 20 industry recognized computer certifications, including the CISSP.

On the personal side I am the third of 4 children.  I was orphaned as a teenager.  I have previously been a city police officer, a deputy sheriff and a federal law enforcement officer.

I love spending time with my wife of 43 years and my children and their families.
