About Me
My name is Alan Kass, and I’m excited to be your instructor for this course. I graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with additional IT training over the years from various vendors and manufacturers, as well as graduate level classes at Arizona State University.
Professionally, I've worked in IT in various industries for 47 years, having recently retired from Renown Health IT. I've worked on PC's, networks, servers, mainframes, and minicomputers over the course of my career.
I instructed many classes at my former employers, but my greatest joy has been as a part-time instructor at Truckee Meadows Community College teaching A+ and Server+ classes for the last 23 years!
You may ask me any IT questions. By the way, if you're bravely asking it, then three or four other classmate are certainly wanting to ask it! I also feel very strongly about you advancing your IT career. TMCC is an excellent school to get the practical skill set for that life path.
