Pei-cheng Elementary School is the youngest school in Luodong Township. Located in a newly developed urban community, the school district consists mostly of residential areas with well-developed alleys. Due to its outstanding educational performance, it has become one of the top elementary schools in Yilan County in terms of student numbers.

      Pei-cheng Elementary School was established in 1958 as the Peicheng Branch of Gongzheng Elementary School in Luodong Township. In 1961, it was approved for independence and renamed Peicheng Elementary School of Luodong Township, Yilan County.
