2025-2026 5th Grade Curriculum
At Trinity, we utilize Core Knowledge Curriculum. This curriculum is comprehensive and rigorous. It is content rich and gives students an amazing opportunity to learn about history, science, and the world around them. Many of our units are cross-curricular- we read nonfiction texts in Social Studies or Science that relate to our fiction texts in Reading. This allows students to become fully immersed in their learning! For a more comprehensive list of the subjects we will cover in 5th grade please visit the Core Knowledge Website: The Core Knowledge Sequence.
