2. Fill in the form and payment method (Please select to cover transaction fee)

3. Indicate your student(s) names in the memo section. 

4. Cost is $90 for 1 student, $170 for 2 students, and $250 for 3 students. 

(must be siblings or have shared guardian for discount)
