We had a fun week together learning all about bats and pumpkins! Thank you in advance to those who will be donating a pumpkin to our classroom for next week's PUMPKIN MADNESS, I am SO excited!! Good job getting those Speech Meet pieces selected, have fun practicing. I can't wait to see each student perform!

I sent home a Social Studies activity for your child  in their planner to complete and return for us to do a timeline project in class. Please keep the details of events simple and brief.

Keep working on your Book Report Project at home, due on Monday, October 26th.

I am looking forward to our Parent Teacher Conferences, please sign up using the link below or confirm with me your pre-scheduled time/date  via email if your child has a sibling. Excited to share the progress of the first quarter!

I have sent an email regarding our ALL SCHOOL SPEECH MEET. Students should pick a selection and notify me with the return slip. We will have limited practice time in-class, please set aside time to practice with your child so they are ready to say their piece in-class during the week of Nov. 2-6. Email me if you have any questions regarding Speech Meet!

Thursday, Oct. 22: PUMPKIN MADNESS A fun day full of pumpkin activities, more information/ sign-ups have been sent!!

Friday, Oct. 23: End of First Quarter

Monday, Oct. 26: Fall Book Report Due Rubric and instructions have been sent in your child's Student Planner. They need to be prepared to share a bit about their book and project in class as part of the oral report score. Please let me know if you have questions, have fun!

Monday-Friday, Oct. 26-30: Parent Teacher Conferences  These are Minimum Days, all students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm. A sign-up email has been sent to parents in-order to choose a date/ time that works for you to meet for our 30 minute conference. We have tried our best to pre-schedule families that have one or more conferences to attend!

Friday, Oct. 30: Class Fall Party Sign-ups for parent volunteers, treats, and supplies will be sent out via email. All are welcome, we will celebrate from 11:15-12:00 pm.
